What data do we use?

If you want to contact us to place orders, establish cooperation or make purchases in our online store, it is necessary to provide us with data such as: e-mail address and IP address, first name, last name, address and registration data (e.g. NIP), phone number at the time of placing the order.

Why do we use personal data?

Depending on whom we cooperate with, we may use personal data. In the case of large companies, such data is used less frequently and on a smaller scale than in the case of sole proprietorships. The personal data we obtain is necessary for us to perform our services and deliver goods offered by us. We process personal data because it is necessary to:

• perform contracts concluded by us (delivery of services or goods);
• handle requests/inquiries directed to us;
• communicate with clients and contractors;
• participate in contests and determine their winners;
• enable the provision of electronic services;
• create and manage account(s), and provide account service, transactions, and resolve technical issues;
• conduct statistical analyses;
• debt collection;
• conduct legal proceedings;
• archiving.

Is providing personal data mandatory?

Providing personal data is not mandatory, but refusal to provide it may prevent us from performing our services or delivering goods (e.g. by refusing to provide an address).

Data transfer

We do not sell personal and address data provided to us by our Clients or Contractors to third parties. Personal data will be processed by our company and only we will be its Administrator. Based on legal provisions, we may transfer it to entities processing it on our behalf (e.g. courier company). The obligation to provide personal data also applies when authorized bodies with the appropriate legal basis (e.g. Police) request it.

Legal basis

We process personal data when we have a legal basis to do so. Such a basis is, for example, the necessity to perform a contract (including sales or equipment service contracts). Processing data for marketing purposes (e.g. mailing, newsletter) or to adjust the optimal offer (profiling) can only be done with voluntary consent.

Right to withdraw consent, be forgotten, change data, complaint

We do not retain personal data without the consent of the entitled person. We use personal data until the consent is withdrawn. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent requires contacting us, e.g. by clicking the appropriate link in the received e-mail. The person whose data we process has the right to access their data, correct it, as well as delete or restrict its processing, and also to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office regarding violations of the right to data protection or other rights granted under RODO.

Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of information stored by the server in the memory of the User’s computer of our service. The server can read this information upon reconnecting with that computer. Our site uses cookies that are IT data, primarily text files. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device, and a unique number.
