HOW TO USE IT?

• Flex the inside metal chip a few times until the pad starts to crystalize & heat up.
• You can use it to warm your hands or place it near your heart - then the warmth will gradually cover the entire body.
• To use it again, place the pad in boiling water for about 10-20 minutes (but do not put it into an electric kettle). Wait to bend the metal chip until the heater cools down again.
