Winter does not have to be a “wasted” season in our industry. It turns out that there are many ways to make your tanning studio stand out, attract new customers and arouse positive feelings in those who already visit you. Choose the one that best suits your unique business.

#1 Since January 1st, gyms, fitness & CrossFit clubs are full.

Don't miss this moment - the next such occasion won't be until next year! Think about collaborating with nearby clubs before your competition does. Exchanging leaflets and mutual recommendations on social media is just the beginning. How about prizes and competitions for those who train most diligently? Or maybe you will create an exercise playlist inspired by the sunny holidays on Spotify and share it with your potential Clients?

In your activities, include similar goals that can be achieved both in a fitness club and in a solarium.

Those interested in such services are likely to be attracted to the relaxing and health-promoting properties of tanning sunbeds. #3 Surprise your customers with an out-of-this-world atmosphere!

Test devices which can display constellations or the effect of the aurora on the ceiling and walls of the solarium. The smaller and darker the room, the better the effect. There are many possibilities. Posters and information leaflets on the need for regular tests of vitamin D levels and methods of supplementing its deficiencies. Short educational videos (reels) on social media. Or maybe even a meeting (online or in your studio) with a dietitian about building immunity? Show the local community that modern sunbeds gives much more than just a nice bronze skin!

#5 Make the most of the carnival - in at least two ways!

First, this is the perfect time to sell products in your salon additionally. Stock up on cosmetics and gadgets that add shine - glitters and bronzers with illuminating particles.

Secondly: maybe this is the perfect moment for an integration party for your clients - karaoke, dancing, costume party...?
